AI Fleeing Fix

    As of 11/1/2025, the AI, Whilst Fleeing, does not try to avoid other traffic at all. It would be nice to see this implemented to add a sense of self-preservation to the AI. In-game, when I tell an AI to Flee while I have traffic on it will drive straight into oncoming traffic or rear-end a stopped car at full speed without regard for its own safety. Also, when I tell an AI to chase me, it finds a way to wrap itself around a tree in about 6 seconds. If this were changed, it would lead to more realistic AI behavior and better chase mechanics. It would also make Chase/Flee a lot more entertaining because the other car wouldn't take itself out so quickly, allowing the player to have more interaction with the vehicle. Any thoughts?
