    No.
There are like a million keybinds in the game, and it would be a huge pain to port the game over.
Even the Linux Port still has many issues, and it’s been worked on for a long time.
So that along with other issues, means no.

Devs themselves said it will not come to console because of performance, keybinds and such.

Can't be done easily for these reasons:

Irrc the ps4,5 Xbox one and series X are use an ARM processor architecture, Wich means all the code must be translated. This is easier nowadays but since they are using an outdated and very modified game engine id be hell (imagine porting to a very powerful phone ) and even if they are very powerful, id likely lack processing performance.

Even if you can use A controller to play beam, you miss out on anything that's not driving or menuing. (Using lights and things would require heavy use of the circular menu witch is a pain.

Game consoles are a pain too since you require permission to sell for them too, also ignoring that the new gen consoles will last for 10 years and in like 7 beam would not likely run on a 1:1 speced pc

PS4 uses x86, the Xbox also uses an x86 AMD CPU. Note: technically if you really wanted to screw around you could run Linux on PS4 and then try BeamNG in that :p

I mean anything is possible. Ark: Survival Evolved was ported to Xbox One as a cheap game (compared to AAA titles). Early release games like Elite Dangerous also were ported to Xbox One. And let's not forget Minecraft. All of these PC games were ported when their hard core communities were saying it would/could/should never happen.

What it would take however is probably Microsoft or some big development studio to take the core model of BeamNG,drive and farm out the port to some developers who are not part of the current PC dev team. That or the CEO of BeamNG sells out the rights completely. It all depends on some big time studio deciding whether or not they can make money off it.

Bethesda cashed in on ports of Skyrim and Fallout 4 that later included mods from the PC realm.

BeamNG.drive does NOT need to be as complicated as it is just to satisfy PC grumble grumble fan boys. A lot of it can be simplified and brought down to something that can be handled through an Xbox Controller or steering wheel accessory.

In fact, as console and PC gamers get tired of the regular $70+ triple A titles, the market will open up for things like this. Like Goat Simulator did. Perhaps Garry's Mod will even make it to consoles. lol

I think that, thanks that BeamNG works with PCs starting at 16 GB of RAM, it would run on Next-Gen consoles. BUT we also need to look to another piece of the puzzle: the community mods, that only work on PC. So, I think that the devs would need a LOT of work to simplify BeamNG for the Xbox One, or the PS4, even the Next-Gen PS5 and Xbox Series X, and they would need to convert all of the thousands of mods into DLCs, and just like we pay for DLCs in CarX.

Minecraft was built from the ground up on a different engine to run on console. So it's not really a port.

Are you over 16? The minimum age is 16

Tbh, it’s pretty easy to go from here, because repo mods are already checked and aproved, it would be easy to also add them to the dlc content

Really the closet thing you can get to BeamNG on a console is something like a steam deck or Lenovo legion go

In theory, the PS5 & XBOX Series X are more than capable enough to run BeamNG (unlike the old PS4 & Xbox One) but porting the game would take a HUGE amount of resources and would take multiple years probably.

Yeah probably, but is it worth the time and money investment is the main question for the devs.

feel like your biggest limit would be RAM, you have box64 and box86 for translation.

Honestly I really doubt it with the PS4s incredibly lack luster CPU, the single core performance is bad. it has a clock speed of 1.6 ghz with 8 cores.

My previous message here got me a warning point, sorry about that. So I shall rephrase....I believe the original poster of this thread could be a troll or a person of a young age. The reason I believe this is due to the user sounding rather young. This could indicate the user(s) are under the minimum age for this forum. Along with the fact that both users only created there account not long ago. There speech manurisms are also that of possibly a younger person. Also It could indicate that both users are the same person which also goes against forum TOS. It is for this reason I belive the users should be looked into to make sure no forum rules are being broken.

As for my reply to the thread. I believe that the PS5 and Xbox are unable to run beamng for the following reasons:
Update scedule, development time, complex controls, and the modding comunity. Also Sony and Xbox have very strict rules on games. Beamng is also in early access so isnt a full game yet. It would make no sense to bring it to console. Along with this it would limit beamng to this geration console which would stunt the growth and development of the game.
