It has always surprised me that you are not able to remove license plates, as they are a very simple addition given all plates are the same, so you would only need to jbeam 2 plates. (One EU plate and one Rectangle plate) As of now the only vehicle to have breakable plates is the Bruckell Nine. Here is a quick mockup I did with the Grand Marshal:
