It's because the hatch don't have the "hatch_roof_accessory" you mentioned on your jbeam, you should try with the "hatch_mod" slot

Is the name of the object/mesh in the .dae the same as the one defined in the flexbody section? Also good to see you doing some custom configs. I would fix it for you but I want to help you do it yourself, you learn a lot more.
For the adcarrier for the ETK I-Series taxi pack I've been working on, I had changed the fullsize_adcarrier name at the bottom to etki_adcarrier, along with the name in the items bar. Have you tried doing something like this? Only changing the name from fullsize to hatch? I believe an arrangement like in the picture may be a good thing, though only someone like Synsol, Nadeox1, and Meywue can validate this.

1. your materials.cs has a .txt file extension. change it to materials.cs only. 2. put all your materials including materials.cs inside a new folder called materials in the "hatch" folder. Then it should work.
Maybe try using the one in my Legran cab mod. It's already working, only thing you need to do is to rename everything from Legran to hatch
