Sure would be nice if someone could point me in the direction of a mod for the T75 that gives it ABS...

There is no mod AFAIK, however the solution is very easy. Simply remove the brakes on your T75, and the wheels will no longer lock up under braking :)

Try messing with the settings for your brake key in the vehicle key binding menu. There should be some options such as "Direct", "Automatic" etc. If there is a "Grip" option, it will cause the brake to be pressed slowly and progressively when you hit the key, so tapping the brakes on a keyboard can prevent wheel locking up :)

Also make sure you have "Throttle Assist" turned on under the gameplay options ;)

This feature will be added to the T-Series in a future version of our mod; Gavril T-Series Expansion Pack. :D

They have throttle assist which manages the engine RPM during gearshifts which is an option, and ABS is a system available on some cars. What the devs could add is a gameplay option assist that limits the brake application to the locking point or pump the brakes (but slower than ABS). Another system like that could be used for Traction Control where the throttle is slowly cut, but is less responsive than the normal TCS.
