ABS bug - prevents applying full braking force

Found an issue with the abs that under certain circumstances prevents the car from applying full braking force. This can only be fixed by applying the brake a second time.

I found another user/thread that had the same issue, but no resolution nor replies.

Made a small clip that shows the problem in action (audio&video are not in sync, amd adrenaline is not my friend):



Right from the start you can see that i accelerate and then immediately apply the brake. The abs comes on, but you can see on the g-meter that there is barely any deceleration. Only when i release and reapply the brake axis do i get the desired deceleration.

The rest of the video i try to reproduce it again and it happens two more times, with varying amounts of deceleration. Might be difficult to watch as the audio gets more and more out of snyc.

 

Maybe if it's race brakes then check on gameplay settings if you have race brakes preheated. I'm pretty sure that affects braking distance
