So, to start, I feel like BeamNG is a bit lackluster in cars that are barely known, or just not acknowledged. To change this, I thought of a few cars different from most suggestions, and hopefully they make it in-game. If not, I may just do them myself. (Please note that these cars are supposed to be inspired by the licensed cars listed.) 1: Gavril Leopard Probably one of my most interesting choices, European compacts never really interested me, but there was one I loved the most. The Ford Puma. Featuring a standard Inline-4, the car would be a zippy little compact, best used in tight spaces, or just another little car to throw at a million different torture devices. The car would have a sport variant, with black 6-spoke rims, a Performance tuned engine, and a sportier suspension, better tuned for racing on the road. The Rally variant would include a race-tuned engine with a Turbocharger, rally lights on the end of the hood, and a wide body kit with mudflaps. Skins and other variants are up to you guys. 2: Ibishu Nightmare Something BeamNG lacks is sports cars. The Acura NSX is one of few that seems to lack attention over the big and "amazing" Lamborghinis and Bugattis, and it makes for a great car. A V6 engine, with popup(Or not), headlights of your choice, with a 5-spoke star shaped rim. The car would include a drift missile, stripped of the rear bumper, and be lowered with custom vertex skirts and a front bumper, and a hood intake that comes over the roof. The racing variant would have a large carbon spoiler, with a intercooler in the back, along with twin mufflers on each side. The engine would be race-tuned and it would have twin turbochargers with a much larger intake that comes up further than the roof, and a wide body kit. Skins and other variants are again, up to you guys. 3: Gavril Thunderbolt More of a modern car this time, the 1999 Mustang is my pick of choice for this one. With shorter taillights, and an indicator on the far left(or right) of the taillight itself, the car will have a small hod scoop, along with a grille shaped like a rectangle instead of a half-circle. It will have a convertible variant, and one called the Rattler which has a tall spoiler, and a bumper lip like the SVT Cobra, and the GTR500(Gavril Track Racing) which will be inspired by the FR500 with a large bumper grille and foglights on each end of the grille, and dual mufflers on each side of the GTR500 imprinted text on the rear bumper, along with the iconic FR500-inspired rims. 4: Civetta Micro One place BeamNG hasn't focused on since development is the Civettas, and a welcome addition would be the one and only Fiat 500. A small, and lightweight microcar, with a circular headlight accompanied by a modern looking strip under it for a foglight. The back end would have a small roof spoiler, and a rear bumper with a single muffler, and a chrome strip across the back bumper with reverse lights on the end. The racing variant would be based on the Assetto Corse, though I currently don't have another name.
Great suggestions! Just from looking at what you have written I can tell you have put a lot of time into researching these cars and typing up this post. But...I would recommend posting this in the Vehicle Suggestions area, then you may get some feedback from many people on what you have written. I agree with all of these suggestions, we do lack sports cars, but I feel like we also lack some normal everyday cars as well. I think these cars would be awesome, but they would be very hard to make 3d models of. With all the in depth parts and cut outs in the design, I don't know as if it is possible to get a design of that caliber. I suppose someone could try, but putting in cross sections so that it can support itself, that might be hard, especially in blender. Great suggestions though!
To be honest the only reason the Puma was hard for me was because I was new to using blueprints, and it was the first car I did with them. Now, I could probably whip a low poly one up in about 2 hours. They aren't hard, they're just time consuming compared to most cars.
