A couple bugs with 0.23

Pigeon Plus variant has a typo in the description.

In the parts menu, every time you apply parts or apply different tunes, the menu will close.

I also think the D-Series is missing a variant. There's a Fleet model for the late model, but I'm not seeing one for the early model. But an early model Fleet variant would make sense, and I swear there used to be one.
