The Wendovers have no steering wheel/dash/seat, and for some reason the Regal/Luminas use a Hirochi Sunburst seat and steering wheel?

 

The wendover has interior you just haven't put it on yet. I think the wendover might be missing the steering wheel but it has everything else. Also you can change the seat to a racing one same with the steering wheel. Called A-1 Mod Derby Wheel.
