The design is based on Toyota AXV-II, which was announced in 1988. The biggest feature of the Sera is that it is equipped with a butterfly door. It also features a canopy glass hatch to show an open design. A total of 15,941 units were produced by the end of production in 1995. Sera is not particularly high in performance, but it is a good vehicle to drive lightly!
