The 3rd gen Charger may not be the most popular, but it's my favourite gen. This mod is made using a 3D scan of this car on Sketchfab from Renafox so the exterior is near identical the real one. This will be a free mod released on this thread. It won't be lore friendly, it will be Dodge branded.

It is possible but I wont be making it, thats a lot of extra work and this isn't meant to be a huge project
