Huh, fair enough.

Might have to make a new DS charger today and play heartgold. Yes that was read correctly, the old charger broke, swap connector onto a new 5v supply, should do the trick (and be within tolerance of the texas instruments LiPo charge circuit within the DS, stock chargers are 5.2V).

Its going to have to be luck to get past this area. Too much going on at once it won't work well for this area. Like what if 10 hours from now they get to the very end and a bunch of trolls make it start over. This is fun to watch though.
