i need help i put the engine in the truck and it idles down even when i push the gas then it stals and wont start

 

same problem here, engine stall and it wont start.

@carlover416 do you want me to do my usual and make an arsenal of transmissions for the mod? I see a 4 speed auto and 6 speed auto going along well, and a 6 speed manual.

 

@carlover416 Thanks for being the one person on this website that actually knows how to handle critique, for that I'll definitely be looking out for an update to re-review. As well below I've linked my "Better Drag Transmissions" mod as a helpful utility for finding where you should be with converters and gearing. As always with my mods if you feel it would benefit your mod to just straight rip the source code (of which I posted the basic format of publicly) to make an asset specifically for your mod please do so, and you don't need to ask or tell me. I simply want to see the modding community for BeamNG improve, and this mod even with the aspects I don't like is leagues ahead, already, of the mostly trash posted here on the daily.

Well done for the dedication The wiki is quite helpful, but the best way is to copy and paste original game code and play around with the values.

Yeah, I know. After all, I made only config packs up to the Pigeon tow truck.

 

Looking around for some super-duper big engines, haven't found much for the T-series. Can't haul 25 pianos up a hill at 17mph very long. Took me the greater part of an hour to get around So-Cal Interstate in it's very-outdated and unsupported form (it will be back in the future better than ever) with the stock t-series.

Awesome, take your time, but it'd be awesome to be able to go more than 40~45mph on level ground with a trailer full of 25 pianos (I can do up to 40~45 before it starts to get a little low-fps, but I digress, it'd not get far). Got plenty of mileage last night when I was testing my city rail crossings to make sure I'd not get the darn trailer hung up on the crossings. Worked great but sure hope Auntie Grettle wasn't waiting on her piano delivery with baited breath.
Good maps to test power on a grade with some good highway:
Nevada Interstate! This has a large circumference road with something like 15 miles of a loop of highway going around the entire perimeter of the map, bi-directionally.
Roane County... if you have 8~12gb of RAM you can generally run this though shut off reflections. Nice highway grade up the Cumberland Plateau to test with for several miles.
So-Cal Interstate (this map is very very old, out-dated, may not run, may not run very well either). Support for this was dropped in favor of it being re-released under a different name with a lot more done to it.

If it can haul 25+ pianos up a hill at highway speeds, I'd be thrilled to death. Nothing tests out my freeways like a loaded truck. It's amazing how quickly I realized how narrow my on/off ramps were after the map is like 2 years old, testing it with a truck + trailer.

Good going buddy, keep up the good work. I will make sure when it comes out I let a few of the youtube guys know that do crash-compilations so they know about it.

Here's a quick little engine mod that I made. It is extremely unrealistic, but it is modeled and has double the torque of the regular T-Series. I highly recommend using the 10-Speed automatic with this engine.
