   I get an error saying failed to create 3d3 device i cant open up any levels without it crashing please help!!!

   Go to Documents > BeamNG.Drive and upload here the 'torque3d.log' file.
   
   Also, try deleting the 'Settings' folder in Documents > BeamNG.Drive.

   Are you running any program that intercepts DirectX calls (e.g. Bandicam,Fraps,MSI Afterburner)? If so, try running without it.
