Greetings to everyone who reads this post. During the game, I have a problem with FPS. Basically, it stays around 30 and it worries me. I checked on all the cards and found out this:
US East Coast - 30 FPS,
    Hirochi Race Track: 35 - 40 FPS,
    Derby arenas - 30 FPS,
    US West Coast: 30 FPS,
    Italy: 35 FPS,
    Small USA Island: 30 FPS,
    Jungle Rock Island: 30 FPS,
    Industrial site: 30 - 35 FPS,
    Small net mesh: 60 - 65 FPS,
    Mesh track v 2: 40 - 45 FPS,
    Automation test track: 35 FPS,
    Cliff: 50 FPS,
    Driving school ETK: 30 FPS,
    Utah, USA: 30 FPS.
All indicators for one car, for 6-7 are the same.
    PC configuration:
    AMD Ryzen 7 3700X,
Radeon Rx 550/550 series, 4076 RAM,
    RAM 16 GB,
    Windows 10.
    There are no modifications.
Perhaps there are errors in the text, since I translated it through a translator.

Are you sure your frame limiter is off? Stupid question but,

The limiter is definitely disabled, even on different cards there are different FPS.
    Monitor: 1920x1080,
Enabled SSAO, smaa anti-aliasing, normal model quality, normal texture quality, ultra lighting quality (recently enabled it and compared to normal there is no difference in fps), Shadow Visibility All, normal shader quality, normal post-processing quality, anisotropic filtering off, grass density 0.75, the number of tire tracks is 4000. The rest is off.

Either frame limiter is on, or vsync doing dum stuff

If vsync is enabled, where can I disable it?

It's either that, or because it's a radeon GPU, those things don't exactly work well for beamng

Why is that? The recommended requirements are for an AMD graphics card with 4 GB of video memory, just like mine. The video card is average. Why do you think it doesn't fit?

Because it’s not powerful enough, the gpu itself physically cannot process the graphics well enough for it to be playable which is why it’s below the minimum spec. What id do is set custom resolutions through Radeon settings to save some frames.
