Released 2007 Spectacular Peninsulas Michigan Plate

My first mod of any kind although I couldn't have done it without the help of @torsion @RyvyLo and @synsol who helped me make it work and put up with my stupidity
I was inspired to do this because we have this plate and I was bored of there only being the 1973, 1974, and Pure Michigan plates

Even though I created it for some reason it won't show up in BeamNG for me

 

I could imagine a lot of updates could have put it to the grave, since it's around 2 years old.

I will give it a shot when I am home

 

Apparently adding it to the repo folder worked!
Need to tweak it though since it's only able to show 6 characters and the dash isn't becoming a space
Also need to fix the font color but I can't believe it actually works and I can finally use it!
