"Based off of" a 3d model does not mean actually taking it and modifying it. It means making a model from scratch and using that as a reference.

Well then, those kind of mods are not allowed here.

 

Reason I HATE Russian Mods:

1. Low Quality
2. Horrible

Example: If you Downloaded this Russian mod, look at a SIDE view of the car.... You will notice that ITS BENT!

Example 2: I hit a SMALL jump and the car was totally immobilized

 

Im totally re-creating this mod from scratch, NOTHING from this car will be on my mod.

 

And your telling me mods from scratch is not allowed. I use the 3D model from that website too look on, make a base, and change.

 

To come away from that for a bit, what will it look like? Everything custom? Wheels? Interior? All sorts of things?

 

It will look "Mostly" like a interior of a real 1990 chevy.
