The front headlight texture is too clear, a breaking noise plays when the vehicle spawns, it might be the exhaust
Through every revision, every time I spawn one, I get a large CLUNKing sound. Not that it seems to affect anything, it's just something odd to note.
He already know that, and frankly he didn't know how to fix it so it stayed here since the first release.
Probably a nitpick, but the Police lights for the NYPD car are completely wrong. They have a triangle design and they have red and white lights, not red and blue.
So do we have to delete the original mod file and all of the other ones in this thread and just use this version? Thanks!
The next unofficial update for the 4th Generation Chevrolet Caprice Mod has been released! This update contains a TON of new additions and tweaks! First off, I want to point out that I've added a template for creating skins for the Caprice. It's located in the "Use these for skin creation" folder found in the mod's skin folder. There's a lot more added than what's shown in this post. Go and check out this update in-game to see all of the new content! The very loud and annoying crashing sound has finally been removed! I've added solid bench seats, both in cloth and leather forms. You can now choose to have traction control. Under popular request and the permission of kemro, I've added his aerodynic lightbar and his vector lightbars. Not only his lightbars, but I've added wigwag headlight options. This mod's hubcaps can now be used on other vehicles with wheels that have actual hubcap slots. (5-Lug Wheels Only) A tow hitch has also been added. Beater configurations have been added. Idiot Lights now work. For the early non-9C1/LTZ dashboard, there are speedometer options for Canada and Europe. For all police configurations, the 9C1/LTZ Dashboard is used. This is used for the 1991-1993 model years. You can choose between the late dashboard used in 1994 and the late facelift dashboard from 1995-1996. Added an Impala SS configuration. Hey, I like the new dashboards in the photos but there are a few issues. (i removed all mods and cleared cache) The 9C1/LTZ dash shows all the gages but only the speedometer has the needle and it is at the max speed and spins further around the guages (like somehow you are going faster than the max speed at 20 mph) and both of the late dashs are invisible
Try getting support in the official BeamNG.drive Discord server. Unfortunately, I have no solution for this. These dashboards work perfectly fine for me.
nice mod but i found some issues on the jbeam its still kind of jigly especialy on the rear bumper (the jbeam mesh doesnt fit the bumper at all its longer than the bumper itselvethe exhaust and the bullbar. also there is some spiking hapening in the engine bay when you crash. mut the model itselve realy looks great and there is a real amount of configs there ceep on that good work it realy came a long way that capriice
Absolutely amazing how this mod's still alive, though the only issue I can see is the rear bumper tends to jiggle around like it's clipping into something.
I redid the whole jbeam and updated the caprice. Waiting for MSX98FMDnB to finish up a few things and it should be ready for release.
