Hey car crashers, I've been working on this Plymouth Barracuda model all week and I wanted to share my progress. One of my greatest dreams was to get one of my 3D models into a game where I can drive and crash around. This model will take a lot of effort, and time, and I can't wait to show it off. So I will post my updates here until the car is finished, might even play with the BeamNG engine to get the car working in game.
you should make that with a considerable less amount of polys. That is too many edges and vertices for it to work in beam well.
Any areas I should focus on? thanks for the critique, it helps me see things I normally don't on my own. --- Post updated --- How does this look?
I spent the past few days optimizing the hell out of my mesh, it's still not perfect, and there's some weird triangles I admit, but I think it turned out pretty well to be honest.
I love it! It is coming along very well. Also, if anyone would be willing, one of my dream cars is a Chevy Cheetah, and I'd REALLY love it if someone (maybe me... w/ help) could make it on the Vendetta frame w/ its engines and trannies. I'm new, so I don't know a thing about creating mods. I have made a plan for myself, but you know that I'm new so... yeah.
