Remember the mod, that bringed us a style of 50s cruisers? Unfortunetly, it's not comatible with current version. If someone can update it, do it please, i'll even pay you
yeah, i really agree with that (that someone has to fix this thing), sadly im not really into modding (yet?). so......
I have a question. Wasn't this mod deleted from the repository for issues involving the model or some asset of it? Also, is the author ok about updating their work? Because if the mod has those issues, I can't post the fixed file, just teach you how to fix it
You have to add back the dashboard, floor, firewall and a lot of other things. Not hard, if you look at the vanilla bodies' jbeam. But for now, looks like the problems are a lot worse than just the body slots. On the rear end, nothing lines up, at least on the '57 model, the first one I fixed. I'll take a look at the '60 model to see if it is better. Overall, I'm kind of disappointed with the mod --- Post updated --- The Fenders and hood look dented and don't line up with anything. The rear should've have a specific trunk lid and rear fascia to match the rear fenders, as well as its own rear bumper. It is very sad for me, because I wanted to play with this mod for so long, but it was taken from the repository before I had the chance to test it. Now, I see that I didn't lose much. Honestly, I don't think this deserve to be fixed
It really looks like they just stole this model from some game and slapped some Bluebuck parts on it without trying too much to get them to line up
probably yes, and i agree with you, however its (probably) a meshslap, but i still wanna play with (cause a least its better than some unknown russian mods)
That's it, it cannot be called nice without those tail fins, in older versions there was a special body (for example 2-door 1957 hardtop) and in versions from 0.20 selecting body option simply disappeared
It is actually a very simple fix. At some point the slot name for the bluebuck body changed so that is why it doesnt show up. I downloaded this mod and fixed it a bit and then i saw that this mod is just not worth fixing. Nothing lines up and the parts are just slapped onto the bluebuck body, so i scrapped it.
(bump) i believe the body could be updated by changing the slot (it orig used the body style slot) but i cant be bothered to do it myself
