found a bug with the alder magnum 15x8 wheels on the rear, it moves the angle of the driveshaft and differential towards the front slightly, enough to make the wheels clip through the wheel wells

 

took a crack at making a commercial for this thing...

why speedometer stops when going faster than 95 mph? i mean it shows up to 120 mph, but it never reaches that number, even when going downhill

The game has 2 sports cars, 3 if you count the 'K-Series'. There are plenty of other vehicle types that would take priority over a new sports car, such as a Bus, a Minivan, Early-mid 2000s car, new SUV, new Pick-up or ute, etc.

 

I like the ideas of a mid 2000s car/ suv / pickup. Or an el Camino style ute.

I was a little disappointed when support for two-tone cars came and the only fifties car currently in-game appeared to be left out.

Then I messed around with the second colour palette:



It's kind of a surprise - not mentioned in the changelog, or the post to the devblog, used in either of the new configurations, and it's not a skin that has to be selected.

Maybe it wasn't mentioned because it leaves a roof-coloured ring around the opening in the cut hood. I'm not quite sure if that's an intentional custom touch or not, because all other hood surfaces match the lower body colour.

 

As of recently I've been using the Burnside and the stock radiator seems to be a bit overtaxed. Now it is a 1950's car but it seems to overheat extremely quickly. Now I'm not saying it shouldn't overheat quickly in comparison to most other cars in game. But overheating at 50mph down hill is a bit extreme.
