Thanks to @Fen I remembered to do edge-splitting when importing / exporting official vehicles in Blender I used this tutorial to learn basics of UV mapping, and successfully UV mapped my first texture(on a flatbed) last night I don't know how I feel about my modified T-series hood... needs to be more rounded I think... Maybe I'll keep it as an optional hood if anyone likes it.
Honestly I think the split windshield ruins the charm of the chop top (at least) I'm not that much of a hotrod fan, but I do appreciate a good project, so keep it up! Can't wait to see it done and try it hehe
Debatable. Customs are often named after the donor car whose mechanicals they're based on. Either way, I believe this is merely a tentative name for now.
I am definitely excited for this mod and I hope it will be awesome, will you allow a "drag" variant of this car so it comes with the stage 4 supercharger and in excess of 1000bhp?
I tried to do that, actually. Unfortunately the cab has some body lines that mold into the middle bar of the windshield, it's not as simple as just removing it. I will probably take another crack at it sometime, but the split window is starting to grow on me now. I didn't like it at first. Mhm That is a beautiful car too. I noticed author working on 0.8.0 update. Excited to see what they come up with. 1500bhp ok?
