12К RPM Тахометр.

Привет ребят, пытаюсь сделать из 10к оборотового тахеметра 12к оборотовый, подскажите как?
За основу взял этот тахометр::app.png
Из его циферблата 10к сделал циферблат 12к:gaugeface.png
Стрелка дальше 10к не двигается, что делать?
