I almost cried in joy when I saw the Hopper was getting PBR interior....

They said they told us that because they didn't new what they could do at this time...

Why has there been such a big focus on large trucks? I dont know where people are supposed to be hauling things as the maps arent big enough for a true "long haul" experience. So many other games do big trucks better because they are purely focused on trucks and trucking. (euro/american truck simulator, mudrunners, motortown, ect.) At least what i have seen from the community and social media, everyone is more into the cars over the trucks and utility vehicles, and the ones that ARE into trucks probably own the other games that cater to those specific interests. Plus those games usually have an overarching career mode and loads and loads of missions and tasks to fill their massive maps, things Beam.NG simply cant compete with. I dont think the number of players interested in just crashing simi's (the only real advantage beamng has in this regard) is high enough to warrant another big update focused around them.

That being said this is just my personal preference of course! Happy for the players that were looking for more of this!

personally i would love to see the next update focused on fine tuning tire physics and adding wear/heat

 

Well, there's different automotive niches! Trucks, motorsports, drift... It's the last T-series update, so they will surely add other things now

Trucks aren't my thing either, but hey, it's free content! And free QUALITY content!

 

I was wondering if you may proceed by niche-themed updates ? I thought about this, and would that work?

I love the the road architect, but some kind of tutorial would be lovely

 

I like how the new MD-series looks

but if I'm honest the hood based off of the old Chevy hoods is kinda ugly
but in a good way
sort of like an early 60s Mopar jarring but it grows on you
this is all I can comment on seeing as I cannot play yet and I'm technically supposed to writing some poetry crap as I am in english class

Any VR users noticed an improvement in performance?

 

I found a bug on a new gavril, when respawning with an ambulance upfit some parts break and the truck leans to the right


And also there's a wierd floating part of the jbeam on the T-series (which apparently can dance now) :O


Great update but I'm still waiting for that sbr4 and sunburst remaster

 

I'm assuming this hood release trigger on the MD-Series is a holdover from the D-Series cab.
