added some more files in the background for future use with time trials
slightly updated some rock sections to make them easier. Added new flags for future use setting up time trials.

prepared these for multiplayer racing slightly by adding some pit tents
added a beefed up fuel tank to hopefully stop it from randomly puncturing if you tap a rock just wrong with a control arm/radius rod.
I took a pretty big pass at changing significant portions of the map. Most of the forest roads for lap 1 were smoothed out a bit, a lot of sky...

fixed a couple annoying berms/bumps I missed on the last pass. Made a couple rocks in the section less of a wall, very minor update.
