The funniest part in all of this is that I almost didn't put that crash in the video because I thought it was too big for Atlanta, lol :)

The best method I have found is to place mesh roads slightly in front of the barriers. It is the method that I used on my Atlanta Motor Speedway map.
I'm probably not making any more maps any time soon, since Atlanta took forever and was very stressful to do.
