Seems like you messed up some suspension geometry with your edits, you need to somehow investigate what exactly you did wrong and correct it
Do you have an engine and transmission in the vehicle? I know sometimes things can break when you don't have them

That means your left mouse button action just wasn't bound to the button itself. Do you remember removing it in the past? Or did it happen by itself?
The name for the fuel tank energy storage must match the name defined for the engine. So in your case it should be fueltank instead of fueltank_B....
Please send the file with settings before deleting it, will be useful to investigate the issue
