If you're gonna port the NFSMW map, why not just go for the NFS World map, since it combines the MW and Carbon maps and links them together?

As far as I know, the bumpers, wing mirrors, and fascia already use the same material as the body does.
I noticed the other day that the skin UVs contain the fascia, bumpers and wing mirrors. These parts don't seem to apply the skin though.
That texture is probably using BC7 compression which unfortunately isn't supported by some programs.
These might be better suited for conversion, but even then they won't be the best for BeamNG....

If you haven't changed the BeamNG.drive user folder location, then the cache and mods are still stored on the same drive your Documents folder is on.
If these folders exist, delete them:
Documents > BeamNG.drive > levels > derby
Documents > BeamNG.drive > cache.0.17.0.0 > levels > derby
Yeah, I'm sure you could even make it change the colour to one of the pre-sets for that vehicle.
