Window texture in 200BX is less transparent on the outside. I don't remember that it has been like this before

For some reason I can't click it, cursor changes look to something like access denied sign when I drag out my mouse to it
It always have been in right top corner control buttons like raise up, lower down, cargo doors etc. Now I cant see any of them? Problem happens...
