Alpha wlkmanist's Private Wheel Pack 0.1.0

wlkmanist's Private Wheel Pack mod. WIP.

0.33.X compatible.
If you know me, you know that I do only vanilla-like configs. So no surprises here, parts works as it should.
All part configs based on vanilla jbeams or calculated manually to match vanilla values.

Parts list:
- Tires (Front) (17x12)
- Tires (19x12)
- Clockwise 533 (Front) (17x12)
- Dreid P101 (Black, Silver, Two-Tone) (17x12, 17x10, 18x11, 18x10, 19x10, 19x11, 19x12)
- Folk CR-Kai (Silver, Colorable) (17x12, 17x10)

Note:
- All parts added by this mod are marked with " * " (star).
- This mod need more jbeam configs, I have no time right now, thats why I post this mod so early. Please, help me with it if you can.
- I am going to slow down the developing of my mods, or even stop, just because I need some money to live and I can't spend hundreds of hours anymore for free. Sorry for that. You can always support me to speed up this process and I'll be back sooner.
