Experimental Vehicle Global Strength, Weight, Size and Other Values Edit (WORKS FOR MODS!) 7.4

Based on the feedback I got, I made an update to the mod. Changelog:

• Tweaked a few sliders so they don't "snap" as much
• Changed descriptions of many slders to make them more informative and easier to use
• Added the ability to set 0 or -1 as a value on a few sliders, just for fun. It's available on the Scale Up part. You can now for example set negative size (only do it with max resistance and weight and min damping and stiffness), the game will attempt to flip the vehicle inside out and it will glitch out, it looks funny lol
• Added presets - configurations per vehicle, only for official cars, not for mods. Most of them will likely be changed in future updates. Here is the list:

• Autobello Piccolina:

• Autoballo - behaves like a soccer ball

• Cardboard - very weak version, bends its own chassis from driving too hard

• Weight Reduction - version with reduced weight and more grip which makes handling absolutely terrible

• Gavril Barstow:

• The Awful Reinforced - Reinforced version of the dirt racer with welded panels

• Rusty Beater - Old rusty version with missing parts that breaks easily

• The Horrible Reinforced - same thing as for the Barstow

• Old Rusty - weak rusty version

• Burnside Special: Draxi - Indestructible drag taxi

• Drift Bus - Version with rockets and no friction

• Indestructible Ram Bus - this too
