While booting up an old PS2 emulator and running the Gran Turismo 4 driving the yee ole' Sunday Cup thought to myself ULS does not quite work out in the short tracks. So I hopped in Automation and FIA GT2 specs. tuned this to fit that and here it is the Silver Hunter or Argentea Venator. It is pretty decent short track racer good downforce, doesn't dump out in low turns fast throttle response and pretty decent high speed for those rare straights in the GT series.
