the rework fixes several issues and makes the mod greater than ever! you can now properly burnout till tires pop, and they now start with 100% instead of 99%! pretty good job

Nice mod but the wear seems to have a timer, driving slow or standing still apply wear to the tires
    1. Zesty_Maple98
      Author's Response
It seems that wear is due for a rework, thanks for bringing this up

great mod but theres a few things. when the car is still and the brakes are applied the tire wear goes down despite being still

      Author's Response
Thanks for commenting and confirming this is an issue, I'll look into fixing it for the next release

After having spent a long time running the car the tire does not burst, the car breaks down before the tire suffers any damage. Apart from that, I found the proposal and how tire wear works interesting, even though it takes a long time for the tire to burst.(Update) "I noticed recently when I left my car idle for a long time the tire just starts to wear out on its own until the tires burst"
    1. Zesty_Maple98
      Author's Response
Interesting.. The tyres definitely pop when condition hits 0%, but most engines will overheat and give out before the tyres, unless in race conditions with lots of airflow to cool the engine. By chance when the car was idle and the tyres burst, was the handbrake on? Please respond in the discussion thread and I will look at fixing it

Said it on Luuks page, ill say it here too: I love everything about this mod. And I use it to the full extent. I've been endurance racing for a while and feeling the wheels give in some turns, spin more while accelerating or lose braking effectiveness really adds to the realism and I love it. There's only one problem: you cant replace your tires without resetting your whole car. If there were an option to 100% all tires when stopped after a set time, that would be astonishing

      Author's Response
I like the idea of being able to do tyre changes, I'll see what I can do
