The Turbo isn’t connected, the exhaust looks like a drainpipe, but the bumpers are ok

Not so bad considering your earlier mods.
Turbo position is best described as 'WTF', "kit" bumpers are just extended normal Pessima bumpers with bad shading and the exhaust looks like it was handmade by a 10 year old redneck.

How about some stickers that go with the cars badging like "This sticker adds 5 HP"

The turbo looks very off, I suggest you look at some pictures of real turbos. It is not connected to anything else than the exhaust manifold. Also the race exhaust uses the stock jbeam meaning the left side is not simulated at all. If you want to add some tuning parts, I suggest trying to add something like sideskirts from other cars.
