aGood mod, by the way the big spinner isn't a valid item i don't think. Can you drive the spinner across ECUSA? If not, it is not a valid vehicle. Overall my opinion would easily be that if it has wheels, an engine, and is classified as a motor vehicle, it counts. Basically only say you've beaten it if its "an car". (this is my opinion ofc, maybe there can be two categories: motor vehicles and extra, idk, just ignore this if this makes no sense)

I found what can move it... THE BIG SPINER!!! Yeah it does stop it immediately but it can flip the hammer!
