Alpha Supercharged V8 Sound for the D-Series/Roamer 1.2

You can now have GM's Supercharged V8 on your Gavril trucks!!

  1. RustyRenesis
You can now have a GM V8 sound for your Gavril Trucks!!
It's a GMC 5.5L (336cui) Pushrod inspired sound, and it even comes with a Wipple Roots Single Screw Supercharger BELT sound!!
I made this sound mod because the Gavril Trucks deserve a beefy sound of this nature, and because they have pretty much the same 5.5L V8.
To report problems, use the Discussion tab above!!
BEWARE: This mod will most likely not work if you have a sound pack installed.
TO FIX THIS: (Open the Sound pack's zip and backup/delete BOTH the "pickup" and "roamer" folders)

    Video

The mod sounds a tiny bit differently on a headset, so test it yourself before reviewing.

The sound itself, is of my own authorship.
    (Conversion and recording)

I still have a few more sounds in the works which will be posted in the future.
If you have anything to ask in particular, go ahead and throw me a PM :D

Whipple superchargers are loud, that's just how it is.
I can change it for next update however.

Doesn't sound much like a supercharger, it is to high pitched. Not hating, just saying this could be improved.

I like the mod its great but i feel that it has more of a turbo sound than a supercharger sound.

      Author's Response
It's a Whipple supercharger so it's noisier than a standard supercharger, but yeah, it kind of sounds like a Caterpillar turbocharger :D
      Thanks for the review sir!!

Too much of a tenor, needs less of a whine and more of a baritone rumble.

      Author's Response
So, higher engine and lower whine?
Alright, writing that down onto the list.
