I really like this, but on small bumps the sunroof just falls out

I know this isn't the first electric Sunroof I the Procyon Centauri Has it but hands down the mod is good and mid.

The ideas are fine, but the lack of care for your mods really brings them down
Just one more day of bug fixing and improvements and they'd be great, but they all feel rushed for the youtube videos

it took me a while to figure out how to get it on the car but after that a super good mod.

Also, idk what position people are complaining about here, but remember that you can download this mod for free. And don't let someone who doesn't have the skills to make it get on someone else's flight and do the same kind of review.

Bro if you keep coming out with a ton of mods like this daily, you'll never be able to update them nearly enough, they'll all be "meh" and you wont have enough time/resources

Lucas is on point, I feel the same about this mod.

Quality is meh, but it’s a great concept

The sunroof and shade wobble a lot when moving, which makes it look unnatural. Additionally, they tend to massively clip through the roof in crashes that damage the roof, which is very jarring.

Texture on the sunshade looks really bad. Also I don't think it would have a strap, but rather a tab you'd pull on.

The sunroof also moves way too fast when operating it. I'm not sure if it's possible to implement, but some motor sounds would add a lot of immersion to operating the sunroof also

Overall, I really like the idea of having more interactible components on the cars in Beamng drive, but this just feels quite poorly made.

Looks and feels lazy

Feels like a wet towel made it.

Good idea, bad execution.

- Extremely wiggly node structure
- The glass feels like it's snapping instead of smoothly riding the rails
- The sunshade clips through the headliner mesh
- The strap model's shading is terrible
- Some crashes cause instabilities (mostly crashes involving the roof)
- The triggers' refnodes are linked to the sunroof and wiggle around when interacted with

If all those issues were fixed this would be a solid 5-star mod. Unfortunately it feels like you're limiting yourself to a single day here just to get a youtube video out. If perhaps you spent another day just fixing the bugs and improving the mod it'd be a lot better overall and wouldn't feel as rushed.

Another video watched, another mod released, another step that made beamng better.

you should try adding this to like the covet or 200bx, it would fit the cars amazingly.

With your mods, it's about the journey, as much as the end result.
