Stampsky and Krutch Skin

Hey! I recently made a parody of Starsky and Hutch called "Stampsky and Krutch." I had to make this skin myself so I figured I'd share it with all of you as well! Configuration included!

UPDATE 1.1: Free meth car skin/config added for Miramar

DISCLAIMER: This is NOT a replica of the Starsky and Hutch car. There will be differences. Yes, IT'S ON PURPOSE. They were made for a comedy series. I've had several people mention the white stripe/s from the "Special" skin. THEY ARE THERE ON PURPOSE. If you'd like to change it, that's ok. Just try not to rate me one star all because you have a different idea in your head how they should look.

Good attempt but the skins are actually terrible quality, they look rushed. The Moonhawk skin seems to still have parts from the official 'Special' skin left on it.
