I wanted to try to create a license plate, since we can create fancy custom plates now.
I didn't want to do a regular plate, so instead, I made a custom plate with the USSR flag on it, so you can pretend that you're a fan of USSR driving a Volga or a Jhiguli.
I don't know if I will make more license plates, but I hope that you will enjoy those.
