Scintilla Motorsport
Two race configs with lots of aero, lower weight (150 kg lighter) and more power. They come with 2 motorsport V10 engines (lighter version of the stock engine, same 3D model), better tires, and brakes.
Scintilla Pikes Peak (AWD)
AWD hillclimb spec with lots of power and downforce. Equipped with 1200 hp high-revving (15000rpm) engine and capable of easily breaking Pikes Peak record. My best time was 7:38 with a controller (record is 7:57). Nurburgring time around 5:45. High downforce and all-wheel drive make it a bit understeery so it takes some time to get used to it.
Specs:
Engine: 5.0L V10 naturally aspirated
Power: 1204 hp (@14000rpm)
Torque: 694 Nm (@8500-13000rpm)
Weight: 1121 kg
Transmission: AWD 7-speed sequential
Acceleration: 1.7 s 0-100 km/h
Top speed: 367 km/h
Cornering: 4.0 g
Scintilla GT1
Rear wheel drive model with more power and more downforce than GT3 cars so I named it GT1. Nurburgring time 6:20 with a controller and me as a driver (so it's definitely capable of more).
Specs:
Engine: 5.0L V10 naturally aspirated
Power: 801 hp (@9500rpm)
Torque: 603 Nm (@7000-9300rpm)
Weight: 1138 kg
Transmission: RWD 7-speed sequential
Acceleration: 2.5 s 0-100 km/h
Top speed: 366 km/h
Cornering: 3.3 g
Note if you are using parts for your configs:
- Front downforce is generated by the hood, so you need both the spoiler and my hood for balanced aero.
- Stock oilpan can't handle high G's in corners and it causes oil starvation so I made one that's rated for 6 G's.
- You'll need to use upgraded brakes for high downforce cars.
- There are also lightweight versions of stock parts that I used to save weight (engines, rollcage).
