Scintilla GT3 Racing Parts 2.0.2

In this update:
• The front and rear parts are now has Jbeam, except for rear diffuser, it's complicated, delayed for future

• The aerodynamics is overhauled to give the same approximate amount of downforce on highspeeds, credit for info @Colup.
• Now there's no need to use any other mods to increase aero, the mod's parts simulate it on its own.
• Now the configuration should be visible like it should, also i HIGHLY recommend to use the configuration because it has it's own tuning preset which was tested by my Assetto Corsa driver friend. He achieved 90-95% of average lap times on most of the maps.
• Gear ratios changed slightly. Increased sequential whine.
• Increased idle rpm to 2000
