Sunburst 1707 Quick Hotfix
- Fixed the bug where the bus would get its engine broken when shut down
- Retuned the engine torque values so its not too fast
- Reduced the maximum RPM and removed the torque limiter so now the engine acts just like the engine of a bus and when it goes over the red line it means that the bus is over revving
