Russian Militia livery for Maxie's Ford Crown Victoria 1.0

Hi everyone who clicked on this page. This is my skin i've made for MaxieTheFoxxie Ford Crown Victoria (mad respect to him for permitting me to upload it and for creating the mod itself in the first place) that represents Russian Milicia (Militia/Милиция) which existed from 1991 until federal reform took place in 2011. Since then Milicia no longer exists, more traditional and familliar to us police force (Policsia/Полиция) as we know it now took over it's functions. Livery itself based on the only photo i've managed to get where Gen. 2 Ford Crown Vic rides down the road with Russian Milicia livery, equipment and govermental license plates on it somewhere in deep, rural Russia. History of that particular car and Gen. 2's in Russian Militia Force in general remains unknown to me and stays in shadows of Gen. 1's that were in majority.

Привет всем кто нажал на этот своего рода "скин". Данный скин создан для использования на Ford Crown Victoria от автора MaxieTheFoxxie (Респект ему за то что позволил выложить скин на его мод и за то что он вообще создал свой мод в первую очередь, его мод вы можете найти на этом же сайте). Сам по себе скин представляет расцветку Милиции России которая существовала с 1991 по 2011. Милиция была ликвидирована после реформы 2011 года а полномочия были переданы Полиции которая на сегодняшний день выполняет обязанности по охране порядка в обществе вместо Милиции. Сама расцветка основана на реально существовавшей машине чью фотография я нашёл в интернете и в целом эта фотография (как мне известно) единственное доказательство (которое я нашёл) того факта, что второе поколения Ford Crown Victoria (Самое знаменитое и любимое) было в пользовании Милиции вообще когда-либо в какой-либо форме в каком-либо количестве.


HOW TO INSTALL AND USE / КАК УСТАНОВИТЬ И ПОЛЬЗОВАТЬСЯ.

ENGLISH INSTRUCTIONS​

1. Download the original mod OTHERWISE MY SKIN IS USELESS. MY ARCHIVE DOES NOT CONTAINS A CAR ITSELF!!!
2. Download the Archive with skin.
3. Move Archive itself in the folder named "mods" located in root folder of your game. If you don't have that folder in the root folder of a game create new folder yourself and name it "mods".
4. Enter your game
5. Check repository and make sure the mod is turned on. (Should be turned on by default. Name of a mod in repository is "fordcrownvictoriamilicia")
6. Spawn the Crown Vic or open the garage and then choose the Crown Vic
7. In parts selector open Paint Design and search for "Milicia"
8. Select it and congrats! You just Russia'd your Crown Vic. I suggest you coloring your car white otherwise don't expect it to look like it's supposed to.

РУССКАЯ ИНСТРУКЦИЯ​

1. Сначала скачайте сам мод на машину. В мой архив не входит САМА МАШИНА.
2. Скачайте архив со скином с этой страницы.
3. Переместите сам архив в папку "mods" которая находится в корневой папке игры. Если такой папки у вас нет создайте её сами и назовите её "mods".
4. Открываете саму игру
5. Проверьте репозиторий и убедитесь что мод включён в списке модов. (По стандарту он должен быть включен, название мода в репозитории это "fordcrownvictoriamilicia")
6. Заспавните машину или откройте гараж и там выберите её
7. В селекторе деталей откройте "Paint Design" и ищите "Milicia"
8. Нажмите на неё и БУМ! Поздравляю ваша "Виктория" стала более Русской. Советую покрасить её в белый цвет что-бы скин отображался корректно.

A little message

HELLO WORLD!

So...
This is my VERY first succesful attempt at creating skins i have ever done and i'm now uploading here my work after having enough fun with it on my own.
BUT
I know that this skin lacks in quality at some places. I created it for my own entertainment because i felt hyped for creating stuff and because i wanted to use it in RP with my friends that we no longer play anyways so basically all i did was having fun with myself with it.

Now i decided to upload it so everyone can enjoy!

Btw i have a personal permission from the author of a car if you wonder​
