Add a retro french lightbar to the pessima with skins.

    This mod add a retro french lightbar to the Pessima 1 and 5 french skins :

    There's two versions, a full blue one, and a orange/blue one.

    The center part is luminous if a text is selected in the lightbar settings, use the patterns key to activate the center part :
