Realistic Customizable Turbo 1.01

Just a quick update that adds two options of bearings for the turbos to use, "Stock Journal Bearings" and "Ball Bearings". The ball bearings will have less friction, resulting in a slightly faster spool, and more efficient use of the exhaust flow during spooling up/down of the turbocharger. With the ball bearings, the turbo will stay spooled for longer when letting off the gas, resulting in less lag.

Another larger turbo is also added for the 4-cylinder engine, which spools later but makes more power, the "Customizable Race Turbo". This utilizes the same customization options as the street turbo, but tuned completely differently.
