The actual state of Maine plate

    This is mostly just a ball of initiative that happened when I saw the Maine license plate in the game being incorrect. A few keystrokes later, I had a working mod in order.

    There is a seven character limit and the License Plate's structure is 1234 AB

    Awesome. I live in northern Maine and always wondered why the Maine plate looked nothing like ours and was so bland. Not anymore!
