Polish Roads 3.1

Semi-realistic map based on Poland

    Hardware requirements to play freely on the map:
    - 32gb ram (must be)
    - Recommended 16gb vram, if you have less [ 6/8/12gb vram ] you need to set texture quality to low
    - If your fps are still low on dx11 and you have more than 8gb vram try using vulkan.

    About the map:
    The map idea is from 2015. In 2016 I started the research. I collected a lot of photos of real places in Poland. First, in-game versions of the map were created in late 2016. In 2017 I stopped the development of any mods. After a year of break, I created the project one more time from scratch. After 4 months of development, the map was released to the BeamNG repository. Overall the map is rather fictional with some known buildings. My goal was to fit Silesian voivodeship, with estates and countryside. I think the map has its own atmosphere, typical for post-communist countries.

    If you found a bug or just have issues with the map write in the discussion. The minimum version to run the map is 0.35!!!! on older ones will not work properly!!!

    hello im gonna be short and specific with this review so,the evident performance issue isnt from beamNG devs as the owner of the mod states.theres a bunch of reuploads on the web and ive downloaded and tried seeveral of them.in both dx11 and vulkan apis,theres just one specifi version that i downloaded that gives the performance its supposed to,im not joking when i tell you i got 32gb ram,rtx 4060ti,ryz5 5600x.so thats clearly not the issue,30 fps its an insult lol,in both apis it gives like 60 on dx11 and on vlkn like 50,with this version im talking about,i get 127 fps at the sawmill with traffic might i add(both apis perform the same),so im not trying to come off as a hater.i just wanted to share that the performance issue most people talk about in this forum.doesnt necesarly translates into them having a shit pc or just wanting to talk shit on the mod.this is a very very good map,the only thing is that given certrain hardware configurations it can give normal performance or blatant shit deppending on your hardware config no matter the power of ur components,so it doesnt give the performance it should.i dunno if the owner really cant fix it as he says bc a random guy on the web litterally fixed it.

    The map is beautiful, the textures are of very high quality, there are a lot of great details, and the lighting is simply amazing (I hope we get an update for Beam with this kind of lighting, along with such a beautiful night time). Unfortunately, though, the map is INCREDIBLY HARD to run. So either you have a really powerful PC, or you’re playing with low FPS (I’m the one stuck with low FPS). Either way, the map is incredible.

    It's a good mod map, just whitebird doesn't want people w/ to leave a bad rating, from what I can tell from other reviews, their just rage baiting people who look at the reviews, I would keep this mod if the maker wasn't so rude. Thats why it's a one star for me, it would be 4 stars if they weren't rude. I'm trying to steer you in the right way of being online, don't lash out because someone wants something in the map or better performance.

      just read what is on the thread sometimes, I dont know how I would fix WaitNextFrame which is on the game engine side, and the game developers have to fix it, but ok
