Outdated Police Bullhorn [WIP] 0.1

Adds a police bullhorn to the game.

    POLICE BULLHORN MOD 0.1 BETA
    This mod adds a police bullhorn to the game as an add-on sound, as the game did not come with one by default in the 0.11 update. Improvements will be made from time to time.


    TO DO LIST:
    -Fix Clipping on Horn
    -New horn sound? (Experimental)

    INSTALLATION:
    Drop the .zip file into your mods folder.

    Please leave your constructive criticism in the ratings, and areas within the mod I can improve on.

    Like everyone has said, it's quiet and sounds flat. Maybe add some semitones of different frequencies just like the real ones.
