Point Elias Business District, Stalburg (INFRA) 1.01

The map is super nice, but the popups are so annoying. I don't care if it requires this mod; just let me play, jeez.

it's a very nice showroom, but that's pretty much it. i know it's been asked before, but wouldn't it be better to remove segments that aren't used anywhere or anyhow usable (like the spots where a car cannot enter) and putting the whole map together? there's lots of assets that I'm pretty sure aren't necessary like the cars and trams. it's your mod but I'm just asking

I don't mean to be a stick in the mud, but it's a very small map despite its file size. It's not a very useable map for doing much of anything either because it's so tight and every road dead-ends in a cliff to the eternal void. Also, almost nothing is collision-mapped... But my biggest complaint BY FAR has to be the pop-ups! Super annoying.
