Beta Old V8 Sound for the Burnside 1.0

An old rumbly V8, what could fit the Burnside better?

Excellent! It gives even more atmosphere to Fernando's stripped car in F8 in the pack I'm making. Thanks!

Realy like how this sounds mate, it does indeed fit the car very well. But as you mentioned yourself in the post, the transition between the idle and rev needs some work, but when that's sorted this will be a 5 star sound from me mate ;)

Excellent mod again Rusty!! Another one I have been hoping for! Just a little problem, at 1000rpm, it sounds like it is revving severely at 2000rpm. Please fix this, it would make this a perfect mod for Beam.ng!!

You say that at 1000 RPM it sounds like it's at double the RPM? How's that possible as the transition between the Idle and Rev sample occurs at said RPM making so you cannot hear any sounds between that transition period.

I give this an "average" rating.

The sound quality itself is good, it's a good sample. Very clear, no pops. Good! But there's a gap at the 1,000 RPM mark, and it sounds like it's revving to about 2,000 RPM at max. Unfortunately this knocks the rating down.

If you wish to make professional like reviews, please read the description to avoid making yourself look like a fool.

I clearly stated that the Rev sample needs a rework on the transition you talked about.

Also, you say it sounds like it's revving at 2000 RPM at the engine's max, but it's actually accurate for the time period of the car, as V8's back then wouldn't go higher than 5500rpm (very rarely they'd cross 6000 on a sport/special model).

      Thanks for reviewing tho!

Sounds amazing! You could work on the higher rpm's though, that is just my opininion, though. Still, it is a very good mod!

I think the higher RPMs are the ones that sound better, so, what kind of "rework" are you referring to? More pitch? More Volume?
